General Synchronization settings
1. Sign in to your Google account.
2. From the Home screen, touch Quick List ➔ Settings ➔
Data synchronization
.
3. In the General Synchronization settings section, touch one of the following options:
• Background data
: allows your phone to use data in the background.
• Auto-sync
: automatically synchronizes your data with the phone.
Application sync settings
Using the Data Synchronization feature you can select one or all of the following data types to synchronize with
your phone:
•Gmail
• Calendar
•Contacts
1. Sign in to your Google account.
2. From the Home screen, touch Quick List ➔ Settings ➔
Data synchronization

3. Touch the Gmail, Calendar, or Contacts checkbox to activate each of the data applications you want to
synchronize with the phone.
Memory Settings
1. From the Home screen, touch Quick List ➔ Settings ➔ Memory settings.
2. Touch
Memory card details
.
3. Touch one of the following options:
•Format
: allows you to erase all the data on the inserted memory card and formats it for your phone.
• Unmount
: allows you to safely remove the SD card from the phone.
•Rename
: allows you to rename this memory card (if a name was assigned).
