Erasing Files from the SD card
You can erase files from the SD card using the phone.
1. Ensure the SD card is mounted. For more information, refer to “Mounting the SD Card” on page 40.
2. From the Home screen, touch

Memory settings

3. Touch
Format
.
4. At the
Formatting will erase all data. Continue?
prompt, touch
Yes
to format or
No
to cancel.
The SD card formats and erases all the data stored on it.
Factory Data Reset
From this menu you can reset your phone and sound settings to the factory default settings.
1. From the Home screen, touch
Quick List

Settings
➔
Reset settings
➔
Master reset

2. Enter the password and touch
Confirm
.
Note:
The default password is 0000.
3. At the
Reset setting?

to perform the reset, or

to cancel.
