From the Home screen, touch
Dialer
, then press and hold the key until the “
Vibration profile on
”
message displays. In Vibration mode, instead of sounds, your phone vibrates.
4. To exit and reactivate the previous sound settings, touch and hold the key again until the “
Normal
profile on
” message displays. The Vibration profile icon no longer displays.
Editing the Vibration Profile
To change the vibration intensity:
1. From the Home screen, touch
Quick List
➔
Settings
➔
Sound profiles
.
2. Touch the
Vibration
profile, then touch
Edit
.
3. Slide the
Vibration intensity
slide bar up or down to set the intensity of the vibration, then touch
Save
.
Driving
In this case, the speaker is active and launches the currently selected Call alert type when the associated
notification is activated.
Call
1. From the Home screen, touch
Quick List
➔
Settings
➔
Sound profiles
.
2. Touch the
Driving
profile.
3. Touch
Edit
.
4. Touch the
Pull down
menu and select
Call
.
5. Touch the
Call alert type
field, select one of the following and touch
Save
.
•Melody
: the phone rings using the ring melody selected in the Ring tone menu.
• Increasing melody
: the melody volume increases.
• Vibration & melody
: the phone vibrates and plays a melody simultaneously.
• Vib. & increasing melody
: the phone vibrates and the melody increases simultaneously.
6. Touch the
Ringtone
field, touch to select a ringtone and touch
Save
.
7. Touch the
Call alert volume
slider and drag the slider to the volume level you desire (range is 0-7).
