Press the key to access the following options:
• View by week
: displays the calendar in week view.
• View by month
: displays the calendar in month view.
• Delete
: allows you to delete all events for a selected date.
• Settings
: allows you to select the Starting day for this calendar as well as whether you view the calendar by Month, Week,
or day.
•
My calendars
: displays the created calendars in a list.
• Missed alarm events
: displays a list of missed alarm events.
Calendar Settings
Using the Calendar settings you can select the day with which you want the calendar to begin. You also select how
you want to view the calendar, by Month, Week, or Day or determine how to manage events, notifications, sounds,
and defaults reminders.
1. From the Home screen, touch
Quick List
➔
Calendar
.
2. Press ➔
Settings
.
3. Touch the
Starting Day
pull down menu and select the day in which you want the calendar to start.
4. Touch the
View By
pull down and select how you want to view the calendar, by Month, Week, or Day then
touch
Save
.
5. Touch
On
(activate) or
Off
(deactivate) from the
Hide declined events
field.
6. Touch the
Set alerts & notifications
field, then select
Alert
,
Status bar notification
, or
Off
.
7. Touch the
Select ringtone
field, select from a list of ringtones, then touch
Select
.
8. Touch
On
or
Off
from the
Vibrate
field.
9. Touch the
Set default reminder
field and select a time from the list, then touch
Save
.
