record. The message reports the Julian date (yyyy/ddd) and the time (hh:mm:ss.th)
when the record was changed, as well as the version, release, and maintenance level
of AR/CTL that was used to change the record.

Checkpoint—Checkpoint Elapsed Time option value, which is set to the indicated
number of minutes (mmmm) and seconds (ss). Because the Threshold Interval
without a Checkpoint—Action option is set to ABEND, the task is terminating.
System Action: AR/CTL also issues message BMC74163E; then it abnormally
terminates the task with abend U1771 and reason code X'00074162'.
