BMC74366I MANUAL INTERVENTION REQUIRED PROCESS=process
REASON=reason
Explanation: An error occurred from which APPLICATION RESTART
CONTROL (AR/CTL) cannot recover. Manual intervention is required before the
job step can be restarted.
Note: When this message is written to the log data set, it appears in a box to
highlight the need for manual intervention on the job step.
The following process values are possible:
RESTART
job step restart processing using the VSAM logging and dynamic backout
component of AR/CTL for VSAM
BACKOUT
VSAM data set backout processing using the VSAM logging and dynamic
backout component of AR/CTL for VSAM
TERM
normal AR/CTL termination processing
ETERM
abnormal AR/CTL termination processing
The following reason codes (reason) are possible:
1 The VSAM recovery record cannot be deleted. Before the job step can be
resubmitted, the VSAM recovery record must be deleted from the
REGISET by using the AR/CTL ISPF interface function to display the
VSAM recovery record.
2 The application program terminated normally, but an error occurred while
AR/CTL was trying to update the VSAM recovery record in the REGISET.
All closed VSAM data sets are valid. Termination records may be missing
from the VSAM log data set. You may need to delete the VSAM recovery
record from the REGISET.
