unsuccessful return from the indicated MVS system macro.

BMC152606E VSAM LOGGING INDICATOR WAS TURNED OFF DUE TO ERROR WITH
DBLOG FILE.
Explanation: The VSAM logging and dynamic backout component of
APPLICATION RESTART CONTROL (AR/CTL) for VSAM encountered an error
in which the logging indicator is turned off. Logging cannot continue. The probable
cause is an error associated with ARCDBLOG data set.
