It takes a long time for a web page to load
If it is taking longer than usual to load web
pages, you may have traveled from an

1 Press Phone and look for either of
the following icons in the title bar of the
Main tab to confirm that you have a data

.
2 Try opening a different web page to see
if the problem persists.
If you can open a different web page,
it is likely that the original web site is
experiencing problems, and the
problem is not related to your Treo.
If the problem persists on a different
web page, you may have a problem
with your connection to your wireless
service provider network.
3 To be sure there is not a problem with
your connection to your wireless
service provider network, press and
hold Power/End to turn off
your phone. Then press and hold the
same button to turn it back on again.
4 Try opening the web page again to see
if it loads faster.
An image or map is too small on
my screen
The web browser has two modes:
Optimized and Wide Page. Optimized
Mode resizes all images and page
elements to fit in a single column on the
smartphone screen. Switch to Wide Page
Mode to see the full-size image (see
Viewing a web page
).
You may also be able to save the image on
your smartphone or an expansion card and
then view the image later on your
computer.
