4. If the problem persists, perform another soft reset.
5. If possible, synchronize or use a backup utility to back up your most
recent info.
6. Perform a hard reset (see “Performing a hard reset” on page 214).
7. Synchronize or restore your backup to restore the info in your built-
in applications.
8. If the problem is resolved, begin reinstalling your third-party
applications one at a time.
9. If the problem recurs, delete the last application you installed and
report the problem to its developer.
