Specify the idle time before returning to the Home screen
1 On the Home screen, select Start.
2 Select Settings and then Display Properties.
3 In Return to Home screen, select the option you want. This is the amount of time it
takes your Smartphone to return to the Home screen after you make or receive a call,
open or close the flip, or press keys or buttons.
4 Select Done.
Phone Calls
You use Phone Calls to set options such as call forwarding, call waiting, and caller ID.
Change the line for outgoing calls
1 On the Home screen, select Start.
2 Select Settings and then Phone Calls.
3 Select Line For Outgoing Calls.
4 In Current outgoing line, select the option you want: line 1 or line 2.
5 Select Done.
Block incoming or outgoing calls
1 On the Home screen, select Start.
2 Select Settings and then Phone Calls.
3 Select Call Barring.
4 In Block incoming calls or Block outgoing calls, select the option you want: Off,
When Roaming, or All Calls.
5 Select Done. You will now be able to receive or make calls according to the options
that you selected.
Note: In GSM mode, the SIM card needs to be provisioned for Call Barring to
function.
Forward calls
1 On the Home screen, select Start.
2 Select Settings and then Phone Calls.
3 Select Call Forwarding.
4 Select the condition under which to forward calls as follows:
• Unconditional to forward all calls
•No Reply to forward calls when you do not answer
•Busy to forward calls when your line is busy
• Unavailable to forward calls when your Smartphone is off or out of service range
5 Select Enable call forwarding.
6 Enter the phone number to which calls are to be forwarded.
7 Select Done.
Note: This sets call forwarding for the current outgoing line. To set call forwarding for
the other line, make that line the current outgoing line and then set call
forwarding for that line. The setting for each line remains even if that line is no
longer the outgoing line.
