1. From the Home screen, press then touch

2. Touch the double arrow icon to the right of
Normal

3. Touch the
Pull down
menu and select
Phone
.
4. Touch the
Keypad tone
drop-down and select one of the following tones:
• Beep
• Glossy
5. Touch the
Power-on type
field, select one of the following and touch
Save
:
•Melody
: the phone plays the selected Power-on melody.
•Vibration
: the phone vibrates two times but does not play a melody.
• Vibration and melody
: the phone vibrates and plays a melody simultaneously.
•Mute
: the phone is silent and does not play a melody or vibrate.
6. Touch the
Power-off type
field, select one of the following and touch
Save
:
•Melody
: the phone plays the selected Power-off melody.
•Vibration
:
the phone vibrates two times but does not ring.
• Vibration and melody
: the phone vibrates and plays a melody simultaneously.
•Mute
: the phone is silent and does not play a melody or vibrate.
7. Touch the
Phone sound volume
slide bar, then touch and drag the slider to the volume level you desire (range
is 0-7).
8. Touch
Save
to return to the Sound profiles menu.
Silent
Silent mode is convenient when you wish to stop the phone from making noise, in a theater for example. All sounds
are muted when the phone is set to Silent mode.

. All sound tones are now changed to Silent.
