Section 3: Call Functions
This section describes how to make or answer a call. It also explains the features and functionality associated with
making or answering a call. For more information, refer to “Call settings” on page 130.
Making a Call
From the Home screen, touch
Dialer
, and then enter the number you want to dial and press .
Note:
When you activate the Auto redial option in the Call settings menu, the phone automatically redials up to 10 times when the person
does not answer the call or is already on the phone, provided your call is not sent to voice mail. For more information, refer to “Call
settings” on page 130.
Making an International Call
1. From the Home screen, touch
Dialer
, then press and hold . The + character displays.
2. Enter the country code, area code, and phone number.
3. Press the key to make the call.
Correcting the Number
1. Touch the key to clear the last digit displayed.
2. Touch and hold the key to clear the entire display.
Ending a Call
Briefly press the key to end the call.
Redialing the Last Number
The phone stores the numbers of the calls you’ve dialed, received, or missed if the caller is identified.
To recall any of these numbers:
1. From the Home screen, press then touch
Calls
to display the calls.
All
is the default but you can use
the drop down list to select
All
,
Missed calls
,
Incoming calls
,
or
Incoming calls
(a list of the most recently used
numbers in the order you dialed or received them).
2. Touch the number to view details.
