Clear memory
In this menu, you can clear the memory for Files, Messages, Phonebook, Calendar entries, Tasks, or Memos, Games
and apps, and Exchange email.
1. From the Home screen, press then touch

Clear memory

2. Touch one of the applications to clear, or touch
Select all
to clear all the memory settings.
3. Touch

4. Enter your password in the
Password
field and touch
Confirm
.
5. At the
Clear?
prompt, touch
Yes
to confirm your action.

•Format
: allows you to erase all the data on the inserted memory card and formats it for your phone.
• Rename
: allows you to rename this memory card (if a name was assigned).
Memory status
You can check the amount of the memory being used and the memory remaining for Shared memory, Messages,
Files, Calendar, Tasks, Memos, and Phonebook. The display shows the total space including the used and available
space.
