4. SETTING UP THE MEASURING CONDITIONS
4.5.3.6 F4: Setting the offset value
Set the offset value and/or mastering value here.
In this example assume that the offset value is 12.5 mm, the direction is 0 (positive), and the
mastering value is 0.0. Assume also that the current offset value is 12.345 mm.

Step 1: The previously set offset value is displayed.
Enter 12.5.

Step 2: Offset guidance ( ) turns on and the setup data
will be saved in memory and the operation
automatically proceeds to the direction setting.

Step 3: Set the direction to 0.
Since in this example the previous setting is 0,
it is not necessary to enter the same value again.
However, if there is a need to change the direction
to 1, enter 1.

Step 4: Press the
ENT
key.
The setup data will be saved in memory and the
operation automatically proceeds to the mastering
value setting.
Step 5: Enter 0.0, which is the mastering value.
