1. General Description
ISDN (AT&T-#4ESS) enables the call to a busy station in a PBX to transfer (FC TRANSFER) to a
predetermined destination in its network.
In CALL REDIRECTION, a PBX has to send RELCOM message including “user busy” or “resource
unavailable” (Cause) information.
Note 1:
Whether this service is available or not depends on ISDN service provider and needs to be provisioned
on a contract with a network for ISDN line.

No manual operation is required.
3. Programming
STEP 1: Assign the Basic Data for ISDN. (Refer to Chapter 3.)
