5. Enter a Domain and Exchange Server information
and tap .
If your network requires SSL encryption, tap the
Use SSL field to place a checkmark in the box
and activate this additional level of security.
If your exchange server requires this feature,
leaving this field unchecked, can prevent
connection.
6. Read the onscreen activation disclaimer and tap
OK. The first screen visible after activation is the
Exchange ActiveSync Settings menu.
Opening Work Email
1. Press and tap > .

Tap a message to read, manage, and reply to your
email messages.
Press to select messaging options, such
as
New Message, Change folder, Search, Sync
messages, Edit, or Account Settings.
Create and Send Email
1. From the Inbox, press and tap New
message.
2. Enter the message recipient’s email address in the
To field.
If you are sending the email to several recipients,
separate the email addresses with a comma.
You can add as many message recipients as you
want.
Note: Signal interruptions or incorrect username or password
information can cause completion issues.
Important: You can sync with an Exchange Server running
Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2
(SP2) or Microsoft Exchange Server 2007.
Note: You can only have one Work Email (Microsoft
Exchange ActiveSync) account active on your device.
Note: Although called Exchange ActiveSync, this is not the
same application used on Windows Mobile devices.
Note: To send a carbon copy (Cc) or a blind carbon copy
(Bcc) of the current email to other recipients, press
and tap
Add Cc/Bcc.
