1 From the Inbox, select New .
2 Enter the addressee’s email address, a
subject, and your message. Separate
recipients’ names with commas (for
example,
janesmith4028@example1.com,
joesmith9056@example2.com).
3 Select Send Now to send the email
right away. Select Send to send it later.
(Send is useful if you’re not currently
connected to the Internet.)

Messaging
When your phone is on, icons appear in the
title bar in the Main tab in the Phone
application to indicate whether data
services are available and whether a data
connection is active. Make sure that either
of the following icons appears in the title
bar of the Main tab: . If you do not
see either of these icons, data services are
not available in your current location and
you cannot exchange multimedia
messages.
You can use the Messaging application to
exchange brief text messages (SMS) and
multimedia messages (MMS) with other
devices and email addresses that support
these forms of messaging. Before you use
your Centro to send or receive messages,
refer to your service plan for pricing and
availability of messaging services.
TIP
If you have trouble sending messages, you
need to enter AT&T’s outgoing mail server
name. Open the Messaging tab in the Xpress
Mail desktop and click Server Setting. In the
Outgoing mail SMTP server field, enter
cwmx.com, and then click OK.

You can address messages to
multiple recipients by separating the
addresses with a comma. If you address a
single message to three people, you will be
billed for three messages.
