Note:
You can answer a call while using the Address Book or other menu
feature. After ending the call, the phone returns to the previously active
function screen.
Dialing Options
From Home screens and Application menus, you have the option
to access the Dialer and initiate a call by touching . When
you manually enter numbers from the Dialer, there are four
dialing options displayed on the screen.
•
Keypad
: Displays the keypad, which you can use to enter and call a
telephone number.
•
Logs
: Displays a list of all dialed, received, and missed calls.
•
Favorites
: Displays contacts that you have marked as Favorites. Also
displays frequently called numbers including your Voicemail number.
•
Contacts
: Launches your Address Book so you can select a contact to
call.
After you begin to enter numbers with the keypad, the
Add to Contacts
option appears so you can save the number
you are about to dial as a Contact.
Call Log
The Call log displays the details of your incoming, outgoing, and
missed calls.
1. From a Home screen, touch .
2. Touch Logs.
A list of recent calls is displayed. If the number or caller is
listed in your Address Book, the associated name is
displayed.
All incoming, outgoing, and missed calls are listed. Types of calls
are identified as follows:
