Ⅲ Confirm actions: Select to show a confirmation
box when you archive, delete, or send a message.
Ⅲ Reply all: Select to make “Replay all” as the
default when responding a message.
Ⅲ Auto-advance: Select how to show the conversations
after deleting or archiving conversations.
Ⅲ Message text size: Select to choose the text size.
Ⅲ Batch operations: Select to show batch operations
features, such as archiving, deleting, or applying a
label to multiple email messages at the same time.
Ⅲ Clear search history: Select to delete all the search
history.
Ⅲ Labels: Select to set which Gmail labels to
synchronize.
Ⅲ Email notifications: Select to show a new message
icon on the status bar when you receive new email.
Ⅲ Select ringtone: Select if you want the device to
ring when a new email is received. On the
ringtone menu, tap a ringtone to play the tone
briefly, and then tap
OK to confirm your selection.
Select
Silent if you do not want the device to ring
when a new email is received.
Ⅲ Vibrate: Select if you want the device to vibrate
when a new email is received.
Ⅲ Notify once: Select to notify you once for new
email, not for every new message.
3. Press Back to save your changes.
Corporate Email
The Email application ( ) also provides access to
your Microsoft Exchange server via your device. If your
company uses Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 and
2007 as the corporate email system, you can use this
email application to wirelessly synchronize your email,
Contacts, and calendar directly with your company’s
Exchange Server.
Setting Up a Corporate Email Account
1. Press Home > > Email .
2. Enter your Email address and Password
information, and then tap
Manual Setup. Consult
your network administrator for further details.
Ⅲ Email address: your corporate email address.
