6 (optional) In Other Properties, select the check boxes for the properties that you want
to use:
■ Show Objects: displays the subordinate objects in the navigation tree
■ Enable Polling: periodically collects the object counter
7 Click Apply Changes.
The Information box displays any error messages that occur after you apply changes.
To Set Global Properties for Hosts
1 In the Device Configuration portion of the navigation tree, click Global Properties.
The Global Properties object-type selection screen is displayed, as shown in
Figure 46 on page 111.
2 Select Host and click OK.
The Host Properties screen is displayed, as shown in Figure 59:

3 (optional) In Display Objects Containing, enter a string of characters to restrict the
Host List to the objects including this string in their name (you can use wildcard
characters).
4 (optional) In Host List, select specific objects for which you want to set properties.
