Configuring for Printing A Screen
Printing a Screen
NOTE
Throughout this manual, the terms “GPIB” and “HP-IB” are used
interchangeably.
Step 1.
Connect a printer to the appropriate connector (SERIAL 9, PARALLEL
15, HP-IB).
Step 2.
Go to the PRINTER CONFIGURE screen set the Printer Port: field
to the appropriate type of printer connection.
If HP-IB is selected, enter the GPIB address (Printer Adrs) of the
printer.
Step 3.
Select the type of printer you are using in the Model field. If your
printer is not listed, configure your printer to emulate one that is listed.
(Some printers that operate with Windows only are not supported.)
Step 4.
Enter a Print Title if desired. This text will appear at the top of your
printout.

Use the knob to select letters, numbers, or symbols from the list (up
to 50 characters).

Select Done from the list when you have finished the title.
Step 5.
Display the screen you want to print and press
Print
.
To interrupt printing
Step 1.
Go to the PRINTER CONFIGURE screen.
Step 2.
Select the Abort Print field.
