Web and Data Services
Connecting to Data Services
To connect to data services and access the Internet, you can simply launch the Web browser on your
device. You can also connect to data services from the Connections settings screen or the Comm Manager.
Connecting to Data Services Using a Web Browser
ᮣ The fastest way to access data services is by simply launching the Opera Mobile browser from
the Internet tab on the Home screen. From the Home screen, slide to the Internet tab and then
tap
Launch Browser.

You can also launch Opera Mobile by tapping
Start > Opera Browser.

To access data services using Internet Explorer Mobile, tap
Start > Internet Explorer.
Your data connection starts and the Sprint Powerdeck home page is displayed:

Connecting to Data Services from the Connections Screen
1.
Slide to the Settings tab, and then tap Wireless controls > Data connection.
2. Under the Sprint item, tap Manage existing connections.
3. Touch and hold Sprint to open a shortcut menu, and then tap Connect.
Note
When you open a Web page in Opera Mobile, the page may be displayed in its smallest size. To reformat Web
pages to fit the screen of your device so that the content is readable, set Opera Mobile to display in
Mobile View.
Tap
> Settings > Display, and then select the Mobile view check box.
