42 Section 2C. Using the Home Screen
Browsing and Finding Contacts
On the People screen’s All tab, swipe upward or downward on the screen to scroll through the contacts list.
You can also use the search box or the Quick Scroll bar to search for a certain contact.
1. Tap New to add a new contact. See “Creating New Contacts” on page 39 for details.
2. Tap Me to edit your own contact information. See “Setting Up My Contact Card” on page 38 for details.
3. Tap a contact to open the Contact Details screen.
4. An icon appears on a contact when:
Ⅲ You receive a new text or email message, or when you have a missed call from the contact.
Ⅲ The contact has updated his or her Facebook profile or added events in Facebook.
5. This icon represents a SIM contact.
6. To quickly scroll down through the contacts list, touch and hold the Quick Scroll bar and then slide your
finger downward.
7. Tap the search icon to display the search box so you can find a contact by entering the contact name.
8. Tap this icon to send My Contact Card as an attachment in a multimedia message.
