CONFigure subsystem
CONFigure subsystem
The CONFigure subsystem contains commands that control several
different screens: I/O CONFIGURE, INSTRUMENT CONFIGURE, and
PRINTER CONFIGURE.
:BADDress <integer>
:BADDress?
These commands set/query the GPIB address for the Test Set. This
command utilizes the “Integer Number Setting Syntax” on page 206.
Syntax
CONF:BADD <integer> !valid from 0 to 30
CONF:BADD?
Screen/field equivalent
CONF:BADD controls the HP-IB Adrs field of the I/O CONFIGURE
screen.
:BEEPer <string>
:BEEPer?
These commands set/query the volume of the Test Set’s beeper.
Syntax
CONF:BEEP ‘Off’
‘Quiet’
‘Loud’
CONF:BEEP?
Screen/field equivalent
CONF:BEEP controls the Beeper field of the INSTRUMENT
CONFIGURE screen.
