:SCALe:VERTical:AM?
These commands set/query the vertical axis amplitude per division
when AM Mod or AM Demod is selected as the audio source (see
AFAN:INP on page 59).

Screen/field equivalent
OSC:SCAL:VERT:AM controls the Vert/div field on the Main menu of
the SCOPE screen when the AF Anl In field on the AF ANALYZER
screen is set to AM Mod or AM Demod.
