Save changes to a file in Documents To Go
When you save a file using Documents To Go, you can choose where the file is saved. For example, you
can save a file to the cloud or to a media card. If you exit a file without saving it, Documents To Go asks
if you would like to recover your changes the next time you open the file.

Tip:
You can undo your actions up until the last time you saved the file you're working in.
Access work files
When you have BlackBerry Balance technology enabled on your BlackBerry device you can manage
your work life and personal life on the same device. You can have Documents To Go files open in both
the work space and the personal space at the same time, but you can't copy or move data and files from
your work space to your personal space. For example, if you download or save an attachment from your
work email account, it is sent to Documents To Go in your work space.
The Active Frames on your home screen use to indicate apps from your work space. Work items are
accessible in the work space. Files stored on a media card are only accessible in the personal space
and aren't displayed in the work space.
To access your work files:
1.
Drag your finger down on the middle of the home screen.
2.
Tap Work.
3.
Open Documents To Go.
Tip: You can also access files in your work space by tapping > .
Note: If you create or edit a file using Documents To Go in the work space and you want to save your
file to the cloud, you must be logged in to a cloud application in the work space on your device.
