Automatically establish a Bluetooth connection when you turn on your
device
You might like to automatically reconnect your BlackBerry device to a Bluetooth enabled device, such as a headset. You
can set your BlackBerry device so that whenever you turn on your Bluetooth enabled device, your BlackBerry device
automatically reconnects to it.
1. On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.

Tap Settings > Networks and Connections > Bluetooth > .
3. Turn on the Connect to the last device when turned on switch.
Supported Bluetooth profiles and services
Your BlackBerry device is a Bluetooth Smart Ready device, and supports the following profiles. If your device is associated
with a work account, your administrator might disable use of a profile.
Profile Description
Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) This profile allows your BlackBerry device to stream audio files from
Bluetooth enabled devices that support stereo audio such as stereo
headsets, speakers, and car kits.
Alert Notification Service (ANS) This profile allows Bluetooth enabled devices to access notifications you
receive on your device, including information about the type of notification,
the sender of the notification, and the number of new and unread
notifications.
Audio/Video Remote Control Profile
(AVRCP)
This profile allows you to use the buttons on a Bluetooth enabled headset
to perform actions such as adjusting the volume or playing the next or
previous media file on your BlackBerry device. This profile also allows you
to browse music files in the Music app on your device when you are
connected to a Bluetooth enabled car kit.
Battery Service (BAS) This profile allows Bluetooth enabled devices to access information about
the power level of the battery in your device.
Current Time Service (CTS) This service allows your device to share time-related information with other
Bluetooth enabled devices.
