disable pvid auto_assign
Purpose Used to disable auto–assign PVID
Syntax
disable pvid auto_assign
Description The command is used to enable auto–assign PVID. If “PVID auto_assign” is disabled,
PVID can only be changed by PVID configuration (user changes explicitly). The VLAN
configuration has no effect on PVID. The default setting is enabled.
Parameters None.
Restrictions Only Administrator and Operator-level users can issue this command.
Example usage:
To enable the auto–assign PVID:
DGS–3426:5# disable pvid auto_assign
Command: disable pvid auto_assign
Success.

show pvid auto_assign
Purpose Show PVID auto–assignment state.
Syntax
show pvid auto_assign
Description This command is used to displays the PVID auto–assignment state.
Parameters None.
Restrictions None.
Example usage:
To display PVID auto–assignment state:
DGS–3426:5#show pvid auto_assign
Command: show pvid auto_assign
PVID Auto–assignment: Enabled
