Signal strength is weak
1 If you’re standing, move about 3 meters
(10 feet) in any direction.
2 If you’re in a building, move near a
window. Open any metal blinds.
3 If you’re in a building, move outdoors or
to a more open area.
4 If you’re outdoors, move away from
large buildings, trees, or electrical wires.
5 If you’re in a vehicle, move your
smartphone so that it’s level
with a window.
6 Try using a hands-free Bluetooth
headset to see if that improves the
signal strength.
TIP
Become familiar with low coverage areas
where you live, commute, work, and play so
you know when to expect signal strength
issues.
