Add DNS SRV Record for RealPresence Resource
Manager System Services
You must configure the DNS server, if you wish it to resolve queries for the
RealPresence Resource Manager system by the RealPresence Resource
Manager system’s host name or IP address.
We recommend that the DNS server be configured to find the RealPresence
Resource Manager system by its fully qualified domain name (FQDN). This
ensures that client systems running Polycom CMA Desktop, RealPresence
Mobile, and RealPresence m100 can access the RealPresence Resource
Manager system.
