Operator Role, Responsibilities, and Menus
The Operator role allows businesses to offer high-touch customer service for
video conferencing. User assigned the Operator role can:
• Schedule conferences.
• Monitor and manage ongoing conferences.
• Monitor endpoints.
• Monitor network devices such as MCUs.
• Add, edit, and delete entries in the system Guest Book.
• Create favorites.
• View some system reports.
