Report Considerations for Multi-Tenancy
Area-specific information displays in reports when you have either the
administrator role or the area administrator role AND can manage more than
one area.
Site Statistics Report
Use the Site Statistics report to check call rate and call quality statistics for the
sites. You can view the data in a grid or graphically.
